Tent repair tape Tenacius Reapir Tape green
Most tent failures are predictable and preventable.
The most common issue is the degradation of the coating on the inside of the flysheet and groundsheet because the tent was packed away damp and started to rot; therefore, dry it after every trip, even if you travelled in dry weather. Repair a tear in the field with a self-adhesive patch, and at home, bond it with an adhesive suitable for the material. Seams can be restored with a seam sealant, while zips mainly need keeping clean because sand destroys them. Check your pegs; a bent one holds less well.
