Head torch Petzl Duo RL

When you find yourself in a situation where light really matters, you need a partner you can rely on. That's exactly what the rechargeable Petzl Duo RL head torch is. It's not just a torch, it's an intelligent tool designed for technical rescue and demanding activities that thinks for you and leaves your hands free.

Light that adapts

With a massive light output of 2800 lumens, you'll cut through the dark like it's nothing. But the key is the REACTIVE LIGHTING® technology. A sensor analyses the surroundings and automatically adjusts the brightness and beam shape depending on whether you're looking at a map or scanning the terrain ahead. This saves battery, and you don't have to constantly switch anything. If you prefer constant output, simply switch to the CONSTANT LIGHTING mode. You have five programmable intensity levels at your disposal.

Durability for harsh conditions

The aluminium body can take a beating – drops, crushing, and impacts. The head torch is completely dustproof and waterproof (withstands 30 minutes at a depth of 1 metre), so neither rain nor an accidental dip will stop it. It's simply a workhorse that won't let you down.

Well-thought-out details for the field

• Multiple beam patterns: From a wide beam for close-range work to a sharply focused one for long-distance vision.
• Easy operation: The large rotary switch is easy to find and turn even in thick gloves.
• Switch lock: The LOCK function ensures that your head torch won't turn on by itself in your backpack.
• Rechargeable battery: The 3200 mAh Li-Ion battery with a precise four-level status indicator charges in 4 hours.
• Perfect balance: The rear-mounted battery distributes the weight perfectly, and the head torch sits stably on your head.

Our tip

Before a longer mission, play around with the settings of the individual modes. You can customise them exactly according to whether you're facing a slow progression through a cave or a fast night descent from a ridge.
