Full-face helmets
A full-face helmet combines face protection with the ability to ride uphill — which is precisely why it has become popular among enduro riders.
A removable chin bar is a practical compromise: you take it off for the climb and hang it on your backpack, and put it back on for the descent. Check how quickly this can be done, because you will not use a complicated system anyway. Compared to pure downhill models, they have more vents and a lower weight, in exchange for slightly lower bar rigidity.
